4 C Water
1 C Milk
1 stick butter (8 Tbls)
1/2 C Honey
1 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
6 Ears corn, shucked and halved
- In a large pot, bring watter to boil.
- Add milk, butter, honey, red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Reduce heat to medium and add corn. Boil corn for about 6 minutes
- Using tongs, remove corn from butter bath.
