Thanksgiving Corn Pudding
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick of butter, melted
15 oz can whole kernel corn
15 oz can creamed corn
1 C sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
- Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a greased 9x13 casserole, pour butter and corns into dish.
- Blend in sour cream.
- Stirn in eggs and muffin mix.
- Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes or until center is firm
