Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients List

Potatoes

  • 3 Cup mashed sweet potatoes (16 oz or 3-4 large)
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup milk
  • 1/4 Cup butter

    • Topping

  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 Cup flour
  • 1 Cup chopped nuts
  • 1/3 Cup melted butter

    Directions

      Potatoes

    1. Mix all ingreadients and pour into 9x13 baking dish.

      2. Topping

    2. Mix topping ingreadients together. Drop on top of potato mixture.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
