Mom's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients List

  • 15oz Can pumpkin pure (not pie filling)
  • 2/3 Cup sugar
  • 1 Tbls flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 Cup molasses
  • 3 Tbls Honey
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 Cup whole milk or half-n-half
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell

    Directions

    1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into deepdish pie shell.
    3. Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes or until a toothick stuck in the center comes out clean.
    4. Allow to cool. Serve at room temperature or chilled with a dollup of whip topping
