15oz Can pumpkin pure (not pie filling)
2/3 Cup sugar
1 Tbls flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 Cup molasses
3 Tbls Honey
2 Large eggs
1 Cup whole milk or half-n-half
9-inch unbaked pie shell

- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into deepdish pie shell.
- Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for
another 30 minutes or until a toothick stuck in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool. Serve at room temperature or chilled with a dollup of whip topping
