1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 tsp round allspice
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper, freshly ground
Pinch of cayenne pepper
- if using wooden skewers, soak them in a pan of water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Form into golfball sized meatballs.
- Place 4 meatballs per skewer. With your hands, work the beatballs together by pressing together gently so they become one continuous piece of meat on the skewer.
- Grill over medium-high heat until the beef is cooked through (internal temp 160 degrees). Approx. 10-15 minutes.
