Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients List

  • 2 C steamed rice
  • 1-2 chicken breast
  • 10-12 oz bag mixed vegitables (like peas and carrots, etc)
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Italian Sesoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Soy sauce
  • Butter or oil
  • 1-2 eggs

    1. Steam the rice. I use a rice cooker for perfect rice everytime.
    2. Season the chicken the way you like. I use Red Robbin Seasoning.
    3. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. Toss in Wok or pan with a little oil or butter to cook through. When done, set aside.
    4. In a little or or butter in the Wok, add the eggs and scramble. Cook until they are almost done, and just a bit runny. They will continue to cook.
    5. Add in the mixed vegitables. I use about half the bag. Let the vegis cook with the eggs.
    6. Once the vegitables start to soften a bit, add in the rice and chicken. Mix gentley.
    7. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, and Italian Seasoning to your preffered taste. Mix well.
    8. Add Soy Sauce to desired liking. I prefer to go light on the Soy as more may be added when served.
