Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients List
2 C steamed rice
1-2 chicken breast
10-12 oz bag mixed vegitables (like peas and carrots, etc)
Garlic
Ginger
Italian Sesoning
salt and pepper to taste
Soy sauce
Butter or oil
1-2 eggs

Directions
Steam the rice. I use a rice cooker for perfect rice everytime.
Season the chicken the way you like. I use Red Robbin Seasoning.
Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. Toss in Wok or pan with a little oil or butter to cook through. When done, set aside.
In a little or or butter in the Wok, add the eggs and scramble. Cook until they are almost done, and just a bit runny. They will continue to cook.
Add in the mixed vegitables. I use about half the bag. Let the vegis cook with the eggs.
Once the vegitables start to soften a bit, add in the rice and chicken. Mix gentley.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, and Italian Seasoning to your preffered taste. Mix well.
Add Soy Sauce to desired liking. I prefer to go light on the Soy as more may be added when served.
