Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients List

  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp sage
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 1 Tbls dark broun sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ground clove
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp parsely flakes
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

    Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer slowley but thoroughly. Cover or refridgerate in freezer-bag for up to 24 hours. Store in vacuum sealed bags in the freezer for longer storage times. Form into and cook as needed.
