Breakfast Sausage
Ingredients List
2 pounds ground pork
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp sage
2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp rosemary
1 Tbls dark broun sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp ground clove
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp parsely flakes
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions
Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer slowley but thoroughly. Cover or refridgerate in freezer-bag for up to 24 hours. Store in vacuum sealed bags in the freezer for longer storage times. Form into and cook as needed.
