1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup packed brown surgar
1/2 cup rice vinegar
(apple cider vinegar may substitute)
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tbls soy sauce (or Tamari)
1 Tbls cornstarch
2 Tbls water

- Whisk togeter all ingredients except cornstarch and water in a small sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring well.
- Whisk in the water and cornstarch until fully disolved and incorporated.
- Heat until thickened to your liking.
