Thanksgiving Corn Pudding

  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 stick of butter, melted
  • 15 oz can whole kernel corn
  • 15 oz can creamed corn
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten

    Directions

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
    2. In a greased 9x13 casserole, pour butter and corns into dish.
    3. Blend in sour cream.
    4. Stirn in eggs and muffin mix.
    5. Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes or until center is firm
