Cucumber Strawberry Salad

  • 2 pints strawberries, stemmed and sliced
  • 2 large cucumbers, roughly peeled and sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup honey

    Directions

    1. Wash, de-stem, and slice strawmerries.
    2. Wash, peal, and thinly slice cucumbers. Cucumbers from the market often have a waxy protective coating on them and should be wash first.
    3. In a separate small bowl, combine vinigar and honey. Whisk thoroughly.
    4. Drizzle sauce onto cucumbers and strawberries. Toss lightly.
