Watermelon Cucumber Salad

Ingredients List

Salad

  • 2 C Watermelon, cubed
  • 2 C Cucumber, diced
  • 1 1/2 C Strawberry, sliced into rounds
  • Mint
  • Lime juice and zest
  • 1/2 C Feta

    • Dressing

  • 1 1/2 Tbls agave nector
  • 1 tsp resh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped mint
  • pinch of salt

    Directions

    1. Cut salad ingredients and gently toss in a large bowl.
    2. In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and whisck thoroughly.
    3. Pour over salad and toss gently. Top with Feta
